Do you offer a finance service?

Yes we do! We have partnered with DivideBuy and Klarna to offer an interest-free finance option to help spread the cost of your purchase. Just choose the DivideBuy or Klarna option at checkout to proceed.

Can I have my item assembled?

Yes! We offer an assembly service for beds, sofas and dining tables. Our assembly service is provided at an additional cost of £30-£60. We highly recommend you choose to have the item assembled by our specialist team as it can avoid any problems/damages that may occur during the assembly process.

Can you hold my item if I am unsure of a delivery date?

Yes! We can hold your item in our warehouse until you are ready for delivery. Just pop it in the notes at checkout and we will be in touch closer to the time.

Can you remove my old item on delivery?

No, unfortunately this is not a service we offer.

How long is delivery?

Please check out our delivery section, delivery time-frames vary according to each product.

Is your furniture flat packed?

Most of our furniture is not flat packed, however many of our bespoke beds, tables and other items will come packaged in multiple parts that require assembly.

Will my furniture be brought to my room of choice?

Usually our couriers will bring the item into your house and leave it in the foyer/passage area. If you would like the item brought into a room of your choice they are able to, however we cannot be held responsible for any damage which may occur during the process of bringing the item into your room.

Do you offer international delivery?

We can offer international shipping through our shipping partners if you require. Please see this page for more information on how to enquire.

Is your website secure?

Yes. Our website uses 256b encryption and all data captured on the website is encrypted using SSL technology. To check this is working, look out for the padlock sign in your browser. We continually test our website for vulnerabilities using specialist 3rd parties to help identify and stop any potential issues before they are exploited. We will never e-mail you and ask for details about your debit or credit card details, or access to your accounts. If you experience this, it may be a phishing attack and you should contact us immediately.

Which payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards. All of our payments are handled securely via Shopify's payment gateway. This ensures the safest transaction for our customers. We also offer an interest-free finance service to help spread the cost of your payments. Finance is offered by DivideBuy.
