Returns

We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth experience for all our customers. To facilitate this, we graciously accept returns for items provided they remain in an unused and undamaged condition, within a 14-day timeframe from the date of receipt. However, in some circumstances, we may need to deduct a re-stocking fee of up to 25% or issue a cancellation fee.

Regrettably, beyond this 14-day window, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges unless exceptional circumstances, duly approved by our management, are demonstrated.

Exceptions and Limitations:

• Bespoke or Custom-Made Items: Returns are not applicable to bespoke or custom-made items, encompassing our entire beds collection. We kindly request your thoughtful consideration of this before placing your order.

• International Orders: Please be informed that international orders are excluded from our return policy.

• Compatibility: It is incumbent upon the customer to ensure the compatibility of all items with the dimensions of their living room or bedroom. We are unable to accept returns for items that cannot be accommodated through the respective entryways.

• Sale Items: Our returns policy exclusively pertains to non-sale items.

Return Process:

• Approval and Arrangement: Any return request must receive prior approval from our management team. The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment to our warehouse located in London, UK.

• Returns for Wear and Tear: Please note that while we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products, we cannot accept returns for items showing signs of wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to damage incurred through regular use or handling. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as we aim to maintain the quality and integrity of our offerings.
