The Kemalena Bed – In collaboration with the amazing Couple Kem & Rumena. They visited our London showroom one afternoon and wanted a simple yet classy bed. We drew up this beautiful design and they approved! We handcrafted the bed in the U.K and they were so pleased with the outcome! The Kemalena is now exclusively available to you all at an amazing price.

The bed can be made in a range of different fabrics and colours to give you the perfect option suitable to you. This bed is designed and crafted with the highest quality materials, featuring a strong base to give it stability. The bed is easy to assemble, and the sturdy base ensures it is ability to last for many years.

Your bespoke bed will be made in the U.K within 2-6 weeks, once your items are ready, our delivery team will be in touch to arrange a convenient time for delivery. If you have chosen the assembly option (recommended) our professional fitters will take the bed to the room of your choice and assemble the bed.

Please note that all beds are bespoke and made to order, it is the customers responsibility to ensure the bed & headboard is able to be taken into their room of choice. Please consider this before purchase, as we cannot accept responsibility for items that do not fit up the customers stairs, or into their room of choice. We will not be able to offer a refund or exchange if the items ordered do not fit due to the above.

Delivery

At Lush Interiors, we aim to deliver your items efficiently and in perfect condition. Please note that our couriers do not take rubbish away after delivery as part of our standard procedure. Given the frequency of our delivery drops, it isn't feasible for us to manage rubbish disposal.

Delivery Process:

We utilise our own specialist courier service to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your products. To avoid any complications, we kindly request that you thoroughly double-check all measurements to ensure items can fit into your chosen room. Orders exceeding £699 are eligible for free delivery, excluding Scotland.

Additional Services:

Express Delivery (Bespoke Beds): Opt for our Express Delivery service for bespoke beds at an additional £299. This option ensures delivery within 7-14 days. Choose this option when using our bed builder.
Assembly Service: We highly recommend our assembly service for all beds. Our professional fitters will assemble the item on the day of delivery, reducing any assembly-related issues. For other items requiring assembly, you can arrange the service with our delivery team during their call to arrange delivery or leave a note in your product order.

We appreciate your understanding of these delivery guidelines, which help us maintain the quality and efficiency of our services. If you have any further queries or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.

Returns

We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth experience for all our customers. To facilitate this, we graciously accept returns for items provided they remain in an unused and undamaged condition, within a 14-day timeframe from the date of receipt. However, in some circumstances, we may need to deduct a re-stocking fee of up to 25% or issue a cancellation fee.

Regrettably, beyond this 14-day window, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges unless exceptional circumstances, duly approved by our management, are demonstrated.

Exceptions and Limitations:

Bespoke or Custom-Made Items: Returns are not applicable to bespoke or custom-made items, encompassing our entire beds collection. We kindly request your thoughtful consideration of this before placing your order.
International Orders: Please be informed that international orders are excluded from our return policy.
Compatibility: It is incumbent upon the customer to ensure the compatibility of all items with the dimensions of their living room or bedroom. We are unable to accept returns for items that cannot be accommodated through the respective entryways.
Sale Items: Our returns policy exclusively pertains to non-sale items.

Return Process:

Approval and Arrangement: Any return request must receive prior approval from our management team. The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment to our warehouse located in London, UK.

Returns for Wear and Tear: Please note that while we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products, we cannot accept returns for items showing signs of wear and tear. This includes but is not limited to damage incurred through regular use or handling. We appreciate your understanding in this matter as we aim to maintain the quality and integrity of our offerings.
