DELIVERY & RETURNS
At Lush Interiors, we aim to deliver your items efficiently and in perfect condition. Please note that our couriers do not take rubbish away after delivery as part of our standard procedure. Given the frequency of our delivery drops, it isn't feasible for us to manage rubbish disposal.

We utilize our own specialist courier service to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your products. To avoid any complications, we kindly request that you thoroughly double-check all measurements to ensure items can fit into your chosen room. Orders over £699 qualify for free delivery.
Express Delivery (Bespoke Beds): Opt for our Express Delivery service for bespoke beds at an additional £299. This option ensures delivery within 7-14 days. Choose this option when using our bed builder.
Assembly Service: We highly recommend our assembly service for all beds. Our professional fitters will assemble the item on the day of delivery, reducing any assembly-related issues. For other items requiring assembly, you can arrange the service with our delivery team during their call to arrange delivery or leave a note in your product order.
We appreciate your understanding of these delivery guidelines, which help us maintain the quality and efficiency of our services. If you have any further queries or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.
We value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a smooth experience for all our customers. To facilitate this, we graciously accept returns for items provided they remain in an unused and undamaged condition, within a 14-day timeframe from the date of receipt. However, in some circumstances, we may need to deduct a re-stocking fee of up to 25% or issue a cancellation fee.
Regrettably, beyond this 14-day window, we are unable to process refunds or exchanges unless exceptional circumstances, duly approved by our management, are demonstrated.
Exceptions and Limitations:
Bespoke or Custom-Made Items: Returns are not applicable to bespoke or custom-made items, encompassing our entire beds collection. We kindly request your thoughtful consideration of this before placing your order.
International Orders: Please be informed that international orders are excluded from our return policy.
Compatibility: It is incumbent upon the customer to ensure the compatibility of all items with the dimensions of their living room or bedroom. We are unable to accept returns for items that cannot be accommodated through the respective entryways.
Sale Items: Our returns policy exclusively pertains to non-sale items.
- Approval and Arrangement: Any return request must receive prior approval from our management team. The customer is responsible for arranging the return shipment to our warehouse located in London, UK.

Crafted alongside the sleep scientists at ManchesterUnited, the Dream+ takes advantage of our most advanced sleep technology, combining two high-spec beds into one complete mattress. The top half is centred around our Comfort design, introducing elements of our Mlily Cooling Gel, Comfort MemoryFoam, and aerodynamic joint borders to create a cool, adaptable sleeping surface. The bottom half features our Support design, all fitted with our custom X Springs that help to ease muscle and joint pain, providing you with a healthier, more regenerative sleep.
1. Mlily Gel-Memory Layers. Our sleep scientists have carefully combined the best in Cooling Gel and ComfortMemory Foams to provide you with an advanced layering system that is cool, breathable and adaptable to you.
2. X Springs. We’ve designed specialized springs for the Dream series, layering2000 of them into the core of this high-performance mattress.
3. Airtech Border. Our aerodynamic border is fitted to keep airflow consistent, helping you stay cooler and get to sleep faster. It’s also built with specially moulded joints to keep support even, from the centre to the very edges of your mattress.
4. Flex Comfort Foam. Completing the first half of this bed is a base layer of our Mlily Flex Comfort Foam.
5. Thin Flex Comfort Foam. We've introduced an extra layer of FlexComfort Foam for added suppleness.
6. Comfort Springs. The base of this bed is all about support, and we’ve designed a specially fitted Comfort-spring to provide a complete and thorough foundation. 1000 of these custom springs line the core of our mattress.
7. Airtech Border. What’s better than one Airtech Border? Two. We’ve added a custom-fitted joint border to ensure corner to corner support across every surface of the bed.
8. Flex Support Foam. We’ve added a final layer of our custom Flex SupportFoam to provide you with a stoppage-time level of support to help you recover quicker and sleep more completely.
