Do You Offer a Finance Service?

Yes! We are happy to announce we have partnered with DivideBuy to offer an interest-free finance option to help spread the cost of your purchase. Just choose the DivideBuy option at checkout to proceed.

Can I Have My Item Assembled?

We do offer an assembly service for beds, sofas and dining tables. Our assembly service is provided at an additional cost of £30-£60. We highly recommend you choose to have the item assembled by our specialist team as it can avoid any problems/damages that may occur during the assembly process.

Is Your Furniture Flat Packed?

Most of our furniture is not flat packed, however many of our bespoke beds, tables and other items will come packaged in multiple parts that require assembly.

Will My Item Be Brought Into My Room Of Choice

Usually our couriers will bring the item into your house and leave it in the foyer/passage area. If you would like the item brought into a room of your choice they are able to, however we cannot be held responsible for any damage which may occur during the process of bringing the item into your room.

When Will My Order Be Delivered?

Our delivery times are listed on our delivery page. We aim to deliver your item within the times listed. On rare occasions there can be delays that are out of our control, if this occurs we will notify you immediately by call or email.

Do You Offer International Delivery?

How Much Does It Cost To Ship Internationally?

Note that all international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) and you may be charged additional duties and customs fees upon receipt. We have no control over if or how much you will be charged for these fees, and we do not accept responsibility for any additional charges the destination country may impose on you.

You will be contacted by your local shipping carrier directly if there are any duties or fees that require payment; however, we advise that you follow the tracking information closely in case there are any updates regarding customs clearance.

Is Your Website Secure?

We continually test our website for vulnerabilities using specialist 3rd parties to help identify and stop any potential issues before they are exploited.
