We also have various items available at our London HQ which are available for immediate dispatch and delivery. Please see our Instant Delivery Items section for more information.

We try to ensure all of our products are in stock, however due to high demand we some items may be oversold or no longer available. If an item you ordered is unavailable, we will notify you via an email or phone call and provide a full refund.

We use our own specialist courier service to carry our deliveries to ensure all your products arrive in perfect condition.

We require you to double-check all measurements thoroughly and ensure they are able to fit into your room of choice. It is important to measure any narrow openings, doorways and staircases to ensure there is enough room for the parts to get through. Orders over £499: Free

UK Delivery:
Small Items: Free
Medium/Large Items: £10-£15
Large Items: £30

We also offer an assembly option on all beds, we strongly recommend choosing this option as the item will be assembled by our professional fitters on the day of delivery and would avoid issues which can occur during the assembly process.

If you would like any of our other items assembled you can arrange the service with our delivery team when they call to arrange delivery, or you can leave a note in your product order.


Returns

We accept returns on items that have not been used or damaged by the customer within 7 working days. If 7 days have passed since your item has arrived, we cannot offer a refund or exchange unless exceptional circumstances accepted by management apply.

We can not accept returns for bespoke/custom made items, this includes our entire beds collection, so please consider this before ordering.

We cannot accept returns on international orders.

Our couriers are only insured to bring your items into your hallway and cannot take them into your living room or bedroom (unless you have chosen our assembly option).

It it the customers responsibility to ensure all items will fit into your living room or bedroom. We cannot accept returns on items which do not fit through your living room or bedroom door.

We only accept returns on non-sale items.

Any return must pre-accepeted by our management team and is to be arranged by the customer to our warehouse address in London, UK.
